This concert will honor the wonderful Taiwanese people
for their outstanding contributions to our communities and to celebrate their heritage and culture.

Highlighted will be works by award-winning Taiwanese composer Dr. Tyzen Hsiao,
featuring the Piano Concerto in c minor, Op. 53,
performed by international concert artists
Jessie Chang, Deborah H. How, and Yin Yin Huang.

Other artists include

Samuel Lin, choral conductor & Dr. Melody Kuo & Stephanie Lan, collaborative pianists
Los Angeles Chinese Chorale, Chinese Christian Chorale of Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley Children's Chorus

Proceeds from this benefit concert will go toward programs at the Tainan (Taiwan) YMCA
for children with developmental disabilities,
as well as aid for victims of the recent catastrophic typhoons in south-central Taiwan.
